The trial account is related to the TeleTrader Professional licence with additional services (e.g. DDE/RTD link to excel and additional data services). TeleTrader reserves the right to grant the free account only once within 12 months.
Information to Login
- Your login data submitted after validity check and activation via email. This process might take some time. Zugangsdaten erhalten Sie per Email nach der Prüfung und Freigabe. Note: If you don't receive any email after registration kindly even check your SPAM folder.
- For the connection to our Market-Data-Server (MDS) the ports 80 und 2088 should be open. In case you can check the MDS connectivity with the connection-checker.
- Possible error messages at login:
- „User name or password wrong“: – Please check syntax of user name and password. Rather type in the login data than copy/baste it. Our support team can assist you.
- „User disabled“: Your account has been blocked. Please contact our support team and submit user name.
- „User account expired“: Expiration date of account has been reached. Please contact our support team.
