Alerts

Grouping price alerts and sorting triggered alerts to the top of the list

If you have more than one price alert for the same symbol, you can now organize those alerts into groups: Just right-click on any price alert and choose Show Groups.

Individual groups can be collapsed / expanded by clicking the minus / plus sign in the row header.

To see which alerts have been triggered most recently, the column Time has been added to the Price Alerts tab. It shows the last date and time that a price alert has been triggered. You can also sort by that column, so that recently triggered alerts are displayed on top.

RTD

Live examples for using TeleTrader WorkStation RTD

To make it easier to get started with the many powerful features of TeleTrader WorkStation RTD, we have included a sample Excel sheet in the installation. It contains samples for retrieving live data including the LOOKUP feature, historical data, market depth data, VWAPs, studies and a complete field reference. You can easily copy the reusable samples to your own Excel tables and tweak them there.

To open the sample file, right-click the RTD tray icon and choose Help > Samples.

 

Resolved Issues

The following bugs have been fixed:

▫       When using the custom Text column in price pages, and afterwards changing the order of rows (by drag&drop, sorting or similar), the order of the Text columns was not correct.

▫       When retrieving certain data fields via RTD, empty cells where shown on German-language Windows versions

▫       The Update color for Performance columns like PerfYTD etc. in price pages was not applied immediately after opening

▫       Some workspaces which contained price pages with Study columns got corrupted after saving

▫       When using non-standard regional settings of Windows 7, decimal places in the trading integration were not shown correctly (fixed after version 11.0.0.2377)

▫       In some cases, the price scale of a chart was not labeled correctly (fixed after version 11.0.0.2377)

▫       When using RTD links with symbol unique names instead of symbol IDs, the error "bad symbol ID" was shown for some symbols (fixed after version 11.0.0.2377)

▫       In multi-monitor setups, some workspaces were opened on only one monitor (fixed after version 11.0.0.2377)

▫       The study SuperTrend was not displayed in RTD when using the default parameters (fixed after version 11.0.0.2377)

▫       Intersection alerts with Fibonacci Retracements were not saved correctly in workspaces (fixed after version 11.0.0.2377)

PC with 1,66 GHz or higher

Windows 8, Windows 7 (recommended), Windows Vista, Windows XP

All operating systems need MS .NET framework, the most recent service packs and the component MSXML 6.0. Some functionalities of TeleTrader WorkStation need components from Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 (or higher).

RAM

1 GB

We recommend at least 2 GB for large time series or a high number of charts and time and sales documents.

Free Disk Space

ca. 85 MB of free hard drive space for a complete installation

Internet Connection

Persistent Internet connection with a recommended bandwidth of at least 64 kbps

Firewall

Ports 80 and 2088 (TCP) need to be open for TCP/IP traffic to the market data server (allowing HTTP traffic is not sufficient). Personal firewalls have to be set up to allow traffic for TeleTrader WorkStation.
