Troubleshooting

This section gives you some tips as to what you can do when you encounter a problem while working with TeleTrader WorkStation. If you cannot log in, or did log in but lost the connection afterwards, the sections Connection Problems and Testing your Connection with the Connectivity Checker might help you.

When you see an error message after login, please refer to the section Error Messages. If you want to contact the support team and send specific data about a problem, look at the sections Sending an Error Report (Support Package) or Reporting Bad Ticks or Wrong Data.
