If you have further questions about TeleTrader WorkStation, you can contact our support team. The easiest way to do this is by using the Online Support which is integrated in the program. You can of course also contact us by e-mail or regular mail.

Online support

You can submit a query (ticket) to the support team and view the status of your queries online.

To submit a query to customer support

▪       On the Help menu, click Online Support and log in with your TeleTrader WorkStation user name and password.

▪       In the form, enter your request. Please try to be as specific as possible, and also mention what steps you have already tried to resolve the problem.

▪       You can also attach a file (for example a sample workspace) to your message.

▪       Click Submit to send your query to customer support.

▪       The support team will answer your request as soon as possible. All answers will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided during the registration process.

To view the status of your queries

▪       On the Help menu, click Online Support and log in with your TeleTrader WorkStation user name and password.

▪       Click on My Tickets to view the status of your submitted queries.

E-Mail support

When you write an e-mail to the support team, please mention your TeleTrader WorkStation user name in your message.
