The Bollinger pct_b (%b) indicator shows the closing price in relation to the upper and lower band. It will exceed 100% when the last price is above the upper band or will fall beneath zero when the last price is below the lower band.
A reading of 110 tells us that we are 10 percent of the bandwidth above the upper band. A reading of -15 means that the last price is 15 percent of the band width below the lower band.
