The STARC Bands indicator creates a channel that surrounds a Simple Moving Average. The width of the channel varies with a period of the average range; thus the name ('ST' for Stoller, plus 'ARC' for Average Range Channel). The STARC Bands indicator plots two curves on the chart - above (STARC1) and below (STARC2) the Simple Moving Average.
