The Acceleration-Deceleration Oscillator plots the difference between the Awesome Oscillator and a Moving Average of the Awesome Oscillator.

When it is above the zero line and there are two consecutive bars whose highs are higher than the preceding bar's, this is supposed to be a buy signal. When it is below the zero line and there are two consecutive bars whose lows are lower than the preceding bar's, this is supposed to be a sell signal.
